SecurEdge Networks Sells Its Managed Services Division to Datavalet

SecurEdge focuses on launching new software company through the sale of its managed services division to Datavalet Technologies, Inc.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Nov. 4, 2021SecurEdge Networks, Inc. is excited to announce the acquisition of its MSP business unit to Datavalet Technologies Inc.

Both Datavalet and SecurEdge have long supported the large-scale network needs of businesses across North America. 

With the acquisition, Datavalet strengthens its portfolio of managed network services with additional expertise and best practices.

It also expands its U.S. presence with a growing team of network engineers and professionals who will continue to support the day-to-day activities.

As agreed upon in the transaction, the Charlotte, NC-based SecurEdge will focus on its development of a Network as a Service (NaaS) marketplace and digital commerce platform for IT service providers, while Datavalet will take over the delivery, management, and support of networks for all of SecurEdge’s existing and prospective customers across the United States.

Current and new Datavalet customers will now have access to SecurEdge’s Network as a Service marketplace, which offers custom network subscriptions with flexible consumption options for utility-like scalability.

Meanwhile, newly acquired customers from SecurEdge, gain new levels of support with Datavalet’s widespread reach.

They also gain a comprehensive software suite for more profitable marketing and efficient operations. All clients will be supported by the Datavalet team.

In summary, all customers will now benefit from:
